Terms and Conditions

•   Before valeting, please remove all personal belongings.
•   Will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property left in a vehicle whilst it is being valeted.
•   Please Note: Heavily soiled vehicles will be subject to an extra charge. This will be discussed with the customer prior to starting the job.
•   Please think about the location: Is there adequate space for our vehicle to park and valet for at least 3 hours and sometimes longer?
•   If you are using your apartment car park, please obtain prior approvel from building association. Appointments where we are not able to     proceed due to parking may be subject to call out charges.
•   Due to traffic, we cannot guarantee any firmly set times when accepting your booking. Instead we will offer an estimate time window for     arrival.
•   Our valeting times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the valet type.
•   Please make sure to give us your landmark.
•   Please note all scratches cannot be removed as well as stains on leather seats and upholstery seats.
